Ricardo Esquito
late of Bettystown, Co. Meath
and formerly of Lumair, Lisboa, Portugal
Ricardo passed away unexpectedly
on 26th Sept 2026
Predeceased by his father, José António.
Survived by his mother, Anna,
stepfather, Francisco and partner, Bali.
Saturday 3rd of October 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce
the passing of a truly special man, our beloved
Ricardo, aged 45. He was a remarkable soul
who lived to help people and always had a smile
on his face. There was a special spark in his eyes
that could light up any room he entered, and a
warmth in his heart that touched everyone
he met.
He had a deep passion for cars, a genuine love
for humanity and people, and a strong
connection to his community and society.
He was also a devoted tennis enthusiast and
a brilliant technology genius, always curious,
creative, and eager to explore new
ideas.
He dreamed big and touched the hearts of so
many people. His kindness, generosity, laughter,
and willingness to help others made him truly
unforgettable. He had a gift for making people
feel valued, loved, and welcome.
He leaves behind Bali, the love of his life,
along with his mother, stepfather, beloved
family and cherished friends,
who will forever remember him and
treasure the precious memories they shared
with him.
The love he and Bali shared was something truly
special; a bond filled with love, companionship,
laughter, and caring deeply for each other.
Though his passing leaves an unimaginable
emptiness, that love will remain in
Bali’s heart forever.
He has left an indelible mark on the lives of
everyone who knew him. His smile, his kindness,
his laughter, and the spark in his eyes will
continue to live on through the people he
loved and the many lives he touched.
His life may have been far too short,
but the love he gave, the people he helped,
the dream she shared, and the memories he
created will live on forever.
Rest peacefully, dear friend and beloved soul.
Your smile will remain in our hearts,
your spark will continue to shine,
and the lives you touched will forever
carry a piece of you.
